Delivery quote
Delivery availability, courier service, and the exact shipping charge are quoted from the delivery address before payment. The customer sees the full order total before leaving for hosted payment.
Dispatch
TechLoop dispatches only after payment and stock confirmation. Collection is arranged from the seller's confirmed collection address. A tracking reference is shown after the courier booking is confirmed.
Address and delays
Customers must provide a complete, reachable South African delivery address and contact number. Courier timing is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. The seller will make contact if stock, access, weather, or carrier conditions materially delay fulfilment.
Problems in transit
Missing, damaged, or incorrect parcels should be reported promptly through the contact details shown on this store. Packaging and photographs may be requested so the seller and courier can investigate.
